Welcome to EVRY Studio. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EVRY Studio website, services, memberships, class bookings, events, and related offerings. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
EVRY Studio is owned and operated by LUNE HAUS LLC, doing business as EVRY Studio. We may also use the name EVRY Wellness in connection with events and experiences; however, EVRY Wellness is not a separate legal entity and is operated under LUNE HAUS LLC.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account, purchase services, or participate in classes.
2. Studio Policies
By booking a class or purchasing any service, you agree to comply with all studio policies, including those relating to punctuality, safety, equipment use, studio etiquette, and instructor directions.
EVRY Studio reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates studio policies.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information and to promptly update any changes.
4. Bookings, Waitlists & Cancellations
Class reservations are subject to availability.
Late cancellations and no-shows may result in applicable fees or the loss of class credits in accordance with our booking policies.
If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If you are automatically added to a class from the waitlist, our cancellation policy will still apply.
EVRY Studio reserves the right to cancel, substitute instructors, modify schedules, or change class offerings at any time.
5. Memberships
Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable Membership Agreement.
Membership benefits, pricing, billing dates, and included services may vary depending on the membership selected.
Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.
Additional membership-specific terms are outlined in the Membership Agreement accepted during purchase.
6. Class Packages
Class packages expire according to the expiration period disclosed at the time of purchase.
Unused classes are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Class packages are non-transferable and have no cash value.
7. Introductory Offers
Introductory offers are available only to first-time local clients unless otherwise stated.
EVRY Studio reserves the right to cancel promotional purchases if eligibility requirements are not met.
8. Payments
All purchases are processed in U.S. Dollars.
You authorize EVRY Studio and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for purchases, memberships, fees, taxes, and applicable charges.
Returned payments or failed transactions may result in suspension of booking privileges until payment is resolved.
9. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and may not be replaced if lost or stolen.
10. Health & Safety
Participation in fitness classes involves inherent risks.
By participating, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in physical activity and assume all associated risks.
You agree to complete any required waivers before participating in classes or events.
You should consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
11. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that exercise, heated classes, strength training, and wellness activities involve risks including, but not limited to, falls, muscle strain, dehydration, heat-related illness, and other injuries.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LUNE HAUS LLC, EVRY Studio, its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, participation in classes or events, or purchase of services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, branding, photographs, graphics, videos, text, class names, and designs, is the property of LUNE HAUS LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
14. User Content
If you submit reviews, comments, testimonials, photographs, or other content to EVRY Studio, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and share such content for promotional or business purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
